Excellent modern decor throughout and finished to high standard. A very comfortable stay and I recommend highly.

it’s very clean and tidy, the room is beautiful, the staff are very kind!

there’s no AC! I didn’t notice that before I booked. a little bit hot during day time.

Everything is very new and clean

Its little hot in the rooms. We were missing some outide area/sitting. It is very functional place. you will get all you need. it just misses a "soul"

"wonderful & modern stay next to the beach"

wow, we really loved it here! it’s brand new and stylish. rooms are big and the beds are sooo incredible comfy, the best we have slept in Sri Lanka! also very nice to have a fully equipped kitchen to use :) the garden is also awesome to wind down and relax, the beach is only 100m walk away, yay! the area has lots of nice shops and restaurants too! thank you so much for making our last days in Sri Lanka so wonderful and driving us in the middle of the night safely to the airport! highly recommend staying here! all the best!

mosquito nets and wifi would be great :)
