Maika Safari Lodge

Das Hotel war sehr schön und uns wurde eine tolle Safari organisiert. Wir konnten am Morgen nach der Safari am Pool entspannen, bis unser Fahrer uns abgeholt hat. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

In den Zimmern waren viele Mücken, es gab aber gute Moskitonetze und das Personal hat ein Raumspray dafür.

Probably the best stay in Sri Lanka. We arrived earlier but were welcomed by the kind family with smiles, coconuts and we could already use the pool! The garden and pool are well maintained and the lodges are beautiful. The modern room had AC, mosquito net and hot water. As many accommodations in the area the price is very cheap because they can arrange a safari tour for you: the truth is we were not disappointed with it. We had breakfast right after the early safari, the best we had in Sri Lanka, with many local homemade delicious options. We recommend trying their dinner too, you won’t be disappointed! Maika lodge is only 10min walking from udawalawe and had also many dining options nearby. We wish best of luck to this beautiful family and strongly recommend staying with them!

Kavindu war absolut hilfsbereit und hat mir geholfen alles zu organisieren was ich brauchte. Inklusive Anhalten eines Lokalen Busses. Ich hab mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

Vaga soe ja südamlik vastuvõtt.Peatusime seal teist korda,kuna oleme ülirahul.Toad puhtad ja korras, uued voodipesud ja käterätid. Maitsev hommikusöök hinnas ja võimalus tellida lõunat ja õhtusööki. Karastada saab ennast imelises suures basseinis, mis on ülipuhta veega. Tellisime ka nende kaudu safari , mis korraldati professionaalselt.Giid oskas leida igat lindu ja looma.Korraldatud oli ka mõnusa söögiga piknik. Majutusalal rahu ja vaikus. Täname kogu suurt ja sõbralikku peret kes seda kohta peavad☺️
