Excellent stay, large clean comfortable room with balcony. Very friendly staff with local knowledge and contacts to book surf lessons. Lovely pool onsite and a short walk to the beach front which means the resort is nice and quiet. Overall a great stay would highly recommend. Thank you

Brand new hotel, super large rooms, comfy bed. Felt like being in a French Chateau.

Hotel is new, with great conditions. Rooms are large, the pool is incredible and the staff super atentive. The hotel manager is a great profissional and helped us with every request. The pancakes at breakfast are a must-try!! Good location, close to the main street and beaches.

Only thing would be the bad wi-fi at room, but other spaces worked great!

Overall I liked the room, team, location, surf and yoga lessons. But not for the price charged.

It’s a way overpriced comparing to other properties in Arugam Bay. They charge as a good hotel, but it’s not comparable. To be there you have to have internet everywhere and not only near the kitchen, breakfast included in the price of the stay, English-speaking team (a team, not 1 person), 24/7 customer service, cleaning and room service. There was no wifi in the room, I booked a double room and they gave me twin. Cleaning was done after I asked for it.

New stylish hotel. Located in a quiet area and close to the main street and the ocean. Great terrace with sunrise and sunset views. Nice pool with a view, garden and yoga chalet.

wi-fi on the top floor does not work, but in common areas the connection is good

The property is in perfect location for everything in Arugam Bay but away from hustle and bustle. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and beds were great. The pool is a nice addition to have as not many places have them in A Bay. There is a small cafe across the road that sells the nicest little snacks which the kids loved using. Best donuts in the world !!! We had surf lessons that were organised by the resort with their own instructor who was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Cleaning of rooms can be done but I think we needed to ask. We just swept our own and asked for clean towels when needed. No shade around the pool which made it difficult to sit out during the day as the weather was hot. Other than this we had a lovely stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you Paddyway
