Прекрасное месторасположение,отель как будто спрятан в лесу. Вкусная еда, прекрасный персонал. Все очень дружелюбны. Красивые и удобные номера, общий бассейн заслуживает отдельного внимания. Складывается ощущение что плаваешь в лесном озере. Сафари было очень комфортным и время пролетело незаметно. Спасибо за чудесный отдых! Рекомендую брать полный пансион.

We stayed for 2 nights kids enjoyed the food, private pool, amazing spa but most of all the safari guide and staff were all amazing.

We chose Hilton for our safari experience in Yala National Park, primarily because of their experienced in-house guides—and they truly exceeded our expectations. The Hilton team handled every detail with great care and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable safari experience. We would especially like to thank our guide, our driver, and the guest relations team for their attentiveness, warmth, and dedication throughout our stay. The hotel also stands out with its exceptional culinary offerings. The food was consistently delicious, and the overall experience offered excellent value for money. Our sincere compliments to the chef and the entire team.

We stayed in room 306, which appeared very comfortable at first glance. However, there was a strong humidity/mold smell in the room. As the windows cannot be opened due to safety concerns (such as insects or wildlife), it was not possible to properly ventilate the space. Unfortunately, we left the hotel feeling unwell, with sore throats caused by the damp environment. Additionally, we found the minibar to be quite limited and below the standard one would expect from a Hilton property.

Our stay at this extraordinary hotel was nothing short of exceptional—from the very first moment of check-in to our heartfelt farewell at check-out, we were consistently met with warm, genuine, and highly professional service. A truly unforgettable highlight was the thoughtful birthday surprise: I was presented with a beautifully prepared cake, which made the occasion incredibly special and personal. Such attention to detail perfectly reflects the level of care the entire team puts into creating memorable experiences. The culinary offerings were outstanding across the board. Every meal—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—was a true delight, with remarkable quality, variety, and presentation. The F&B team, especially Indika, Roshan, and their colleagues, elevated each dining experience with impeccable service and warm hospitality. The hotel itself impresses with its stunning, modern design. Both the overall property and the rooms are tastefully designed, combining elegance with comfort in a way that immediately makes you feel at home. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the incredible safari experience. A special thank you goes to our ranger Bhanuka and driver Tharanga, whose expertise and passion made the adventure truly unforgettable. Another magical moment was the guided beach walk with a ranger, where we were fortunate enough to spot an elephant—an experience we will cherish forever. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the wonderful team members who made our stay so seamless and enjoyable: Asela and Nuwan, the always friendly golf cart drivers; Sachin from housekeeping, who took such great care of our room with genuine dedication; and everyone else who contributed to this exceptional experience. This hotel is an absolute heartfelt recommendation for anyone planning to stay near Yala National Park. It perfectly combines luxury, nature, and outstanding service into a truly unforgettable stay.
