Fantastic experience with excellent service by an amazing team! From front office to Chef Jerome to restaurent team Chanaka and Induwara and the passionate rangers Chathura and Bhanuka! Стоит вечером прогуляться по побережью, дикое и очень захватывающее место. Персонал быстро реагирует на все просьбы, все делается незаметно для проживающих.

12/10 Awesome hotel from the moment you arrive the cold towels, the team were amazing. Our safari was included and we had a ranger Saranga JR and driver, Delip. I noticed others did not gave a ranger who would spot out the animals for us. We hit the Big 3 (elephants, leopard and bear) which the locals were also excited about. Inclusive package was great, food was perfect thank you Executive chef Jerome and team. The service team that I acknowledged in my tripadvisor review were amazing. So well trained. The room service team were so lovely and rooms on point. Was worth the trip and price at the Hilton.

Le cadre est exceptionnel. Dès l’entrée dans l’établissement on se croirait déjà en safari. Le personnel est à l’écoute de nos moindres demande c’est toujours des attentions particulièrement apprécié ! La chambre était magnifique avec la piscine.

Udare war unser Ranger, er ist absolut Top, wir haben sehr viele verschiedene Tiere gesehen und er kennt sich extrem gut aus, hat perfekte Touren organisiert.

Das Hotel war ein wahrer Traum. Auf dem Weg dachten wir, wo kommen wir hin und aufeinmal waren wir im Paradies. Es regnete und wir wurden sowas von herzlich begrüßt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und unsere dreijährige Tochter war der Star dort. Es waren alle sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Essen war der absolute Wahnsinn und wir hatten selten so gute Essen wie dort. Jede Speise war ein Erlebnis. Unser Zimmer war der absolute Luxus. Wir durften das Zimmer allerdings nichts ohne Buggy verlassen da die Elefanten in der Anlage unterwegs waren. Das war echt ein Erlebnis sie so nah zu sehen. Danke für den absolut unvergesslichen Urlaub
