Hilton Yala Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Yala Resort, and the staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. They helped us arrange safari trips for two days and even packed food for us—including special care for our 7-month-old baby, which meant so much to us. The team was extremely mindful of our comfort in every way. They provided a crib for our baby and an extra bed for my mom, who was traveling with us, without us having to worry about a thing. Little details like this made a huge difference. A special thanks to Roshan, Rimesh, and the entire F&B team for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Yala—especially families looking for a comfortable and thoughtful experience.

The ground and rooms are immaculate, it really is a stunning hotel and it’s kept exceptionally clean. All staff are lovely, and really helpful.

The all inclusive is a scam, it’s not all inclusive. Its meals included and drinks outside of meal times are chargeable. Also says it includes a game drive a day but doesn’t say that these can be changed at last minute and is dependent on the other on all inclusive. All normal game drives are private, but the ‘all inclusive one’ (that is still paid for!!) isn’t private. We stayed for our honeymoon, after staying at a few other hotels that made it so special. Despite this being the most expensive hotel we stayed at, by some way, there was absolutely nothing done to make our stay feel special. Feels soulless and I felt like an open wallet rather than a valued guest.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel in der Pufferzone des Yala National Parks. Zwar gehobene Preise (speziell die Safaris) aber sowohl das Essen (Frühstück, Abendessen) als auch der Service waren außergewöhnlich (hervorzuheben ist Roshan). Dazu ein toller Pool eingebettet in die Umgebung und für Sportliebhaber ein tolles Gym.

Super schöne Anlage, tolles Personal (manchmal etwas unorganisiert aber immer freundlich), tolles Essen. Sehr schöne und großzügige Zimmer - und direkt am Yala Nationalpark.

Zugang zum Strand (der sich nicht zum Baden eignet) auch tagsüber nur mit Rangerbegleitung möglich.
