Peaceful place.

Entry to the guest house looks like entering from a backside lane.

Very suitable place for people who prefer quite and calm surrounding.its clean.

(1) Accebility is poor ( as narrow 70 meter passage takes to the main door. (2) Proper sign boards need to display specially first timer guests arriving late. In the night. (3) Entry and exit is not free passage. Every time knock / put call bell to call house keeper to open the door. No main door key is provided to guest for smooth exit and entrance. (4)A digital card at the main door is required ( for the convenience of guests aswell) for better service. (5) English communication is required for staff. (6) Professional uniform is needed for staff. (8) Clarity of breakfast is needed: Only butter toast and omelette is served as free breakfast. Other items in the breakfast menu is chargeable.

The staff were super kind and willing to be helpful. The area was nice and quiet, very residential. AC worked well and mattress was soft.

I think this is someone’s home, not a hotel. Which is fine. I felt a little guilty coming back at 1am, someone had to wake up and unlock the main gate. But they were super nice about it.

The host is friendly and welcoming and has good communication.

The location listed is inaccurate, which made it difficult for taxi drivers to find the property. Additionally, there were unexpected charges for breakfast - while a continental breakfast is included, there’s an extra fee for a Sri Lankan breakfast. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere in advance, and it feels disappointing, especially when visiting Sri Lanka. Greater transparency about the location and pricing would be greatly appreciated in the future.

Hidden costs with breakfast. Apparently only option 1 is included, the others have an extra cost, however this isn't stated anywhere. Better communication for the future please

The staff were amazing. They agreed to do a super late check in and were very kind. Great value for money.

The sheets were a little dirty but wasn’t the worst I have seen! Didn’t bother asking them to change it was manageable. The entrance also wasn’t easy to get into.
