Cheap place, have AC and nice staff.

Staff only barely talking English, there is hard to communicate with them, they even don’t know a pass from their own wifi. There is no hot water at the shower and shower is outside of your room. U receive only a thin small blankets at your bed, nothing more. There is a cockroaches in the room and this is just disgusting. Place is very far from the centre and closest Chinese restaurant looks awful and dirty so every-time u need to take a taxi to the center.

"Value for money, good for business trips as well as to explore Colombo"

Very convenient location close to Colombo city. Recommend for short term stays for business purposes and for long term stays as well. Breakfast was delicious and good potion. friendly staff too.

Breakfast was ordered and it was served in the morning with courtesy. Delicious and well balanced diet. All options available are ideal for breakfast.

Road signs indicating the location from Gothami road on wards will be very helpful.
