Hotel had meer weg van een B&B, strategisch gelegen vlakbij het station waardoor de city snel en goed te bereiken was. Ontbijt zelf klaar maken in de in het hotel gelegen keuken. Mooi ingerichte ambiance in een historisch pand met een prachtige tuin. Pakeergelegenheid op eigen terrein.

Schön altmodisch englisches Haus.

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, uns wurde dann erklärt, dass man sich in der Küche selbst bedienen kann. Als wir frühstücken wollten, gab es keinen Toast mehr, und die Kaffeemaschine zeigte Reinigungsbedarf an. Wir sind dann einfach frühstücken gegangen, es gibt einige schöne Cafés in der Gegend.

My wife and I absolutely LOVED everything at Aachen House! Michael was extremely friendly and gave us a tour of the whole place when we arrived. Our room was amazing. It was basically a small apartment with a very spacious bathroom. The bed was hands down the comfiest bed we stayed in throughout our whole trip. It was warm, comfortable, and very quiet as well. Breakfast was included with the stay, and it was a great selection with fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. And the breakfast area was really beautiful backing onto a very nice garden where you could hear various birds in the canopy. Aachen House is an absolute hidden gem! Whenever we are back in New Zealand next, we will be back! Thank you!

We started our 3-week New Zealand here and it was a good place to recover from the long plane ride. Very comfortable and pleasant.

The neighborhood is fine but not particularly interesting. There was a great breakfast place a few blocks away that we loved, however.
