Aachen House

Very handy for the eye clinic. Amazingly quiet at night. Even heard a ruru. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Location and Bed comfort were as expected.

Information on included breakfast is misleading. It was supplied some sliced bread from a fridge, some apples, margarine, coffee (reasonable) from a machine. We were in a ground floor room and any movement or step from guest on the upper floor was loudly heard (really disturbing). Shower had to be kept running for around 5 minutes to get some warm water (night temperatures low in September). Strongly suggest going to another hotel. We did it, around 10 days later on our way back home and it was much better (and cheaper!) All Michael (owner) had to offer were rubbish excuses. House has real potential but not at at this stage,
