The bed was the best, just perfect. Staff the sweetest and the hotel is just beautiful, looks like a palace.

Quiet and comfortable accommodation.

I was travelling from Canada and required a little more time to adjust to the time change. Linda was very understanding & allowed me the space to do so.

Can’t complain! Sometimes loud engines heard at night.

Cool period property, the room was very comfortable and with free parking space. Guests can use kitchen for quick breakfast. Friendly host.

Travelled for work (in the area). was a great stay, a beautiful converted mansion. Feels like you are travelling to visit family. All staff were great and property well maintained and managed.

Some people might not like that it due to this being a converted mansion to individual rooms, that you can hear others walking around or even outside. it was fine for me, you just have to manage your expectations... this is not a sound proof property.

Aachen House is a Beautiful Villa...Exceptionally clean Room..Bathroom etc...A spacious home with lovely furnishings...I stayed in a Room with two big beds as a friend and I shared for a Training Workshop. The beds were so comfortable...Room warm..Bathroom great...So close to eateries and our venue and Michael and Linda so welcoming and efficient "Thankyou both" : )

The house was beautiful, clean with great facilities and a great spot to stay while in Auckland. The owners were accommodating and very nice people to engage with.
