Central Park Residence

Samantha was nice to deal with, accommodating and concerned when we were going to check in at 215pm but the room wasn't going to be ready for another 30 or so minutes, view from room was nice.

Issues getting keys lockbox was open so went to the other one avaliable and pin didn't work rang Samantha she came down to help rang room cleaner and he was still working on it, keys needed to be picked up from few minutes drive down the road was a pain then on check out had to take back there again should of been able to leave in a lockbox or something at the address we stayed was very inconvenient, the place smelt yuk when first walked in had to open all windows for sometime to air it our there was no air freshener or nice scent available, windows sils dusty on floor was in some areas also, beds not made well enough nit comfortable for price paid i feel a flat sheet not fitted on bottom, then sheet then duvet inner no cover, and another sheet was very disappointing and will not be staying here when next Warriors game plays at Go Media stadium, 1 ply toilet paper not good enough, TV remote wouldn't work as batteries flat or just worn out buttons wasn't sure which, no sky or streaming app apart from Freeview once got it going. In all for price paid I wasn't happy, didn't have a comfortable feel to it and was still dirty after having to wait 40 odd minutes to check-in, gave Samantha a txt when leaving and no reply. Didn't take photos just wanted to go home as still 5 hour drive to Taranaki.

This accommodation is one out of the box. It is exactly how described, and even more. From the undercover carpark, to the ease of checking in, to the amazing views. We couldn't fault it. The location is mint ... easy access from motorway, easy access into Newmarket and then into town. Close to train and busses. Thank you thank you thank you.

The main showerhead wouldn't stay in its holder, so we let the provider know in case they hadn't been told previously. She arranged for it to be fixed that day with no problems at all (no one had told them about the fault previously). We would have also liked bath mats and face cloths, but now I am really picking holes!!! We loved it so much and will definitely be back. Thank you.

The property was in a good location for what we wanted to do. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Suggest having bath mats, hand towels and tea towels along with laundry detergent available at the property.

The property was Modern and clean with two bathroom Ensuites.

It would have been helpful to have dishclothes, tea towels and face clothes.

Good location and room.

Would have been easier to pick up the keys at the reception or one of the lock boxes at the accommodation itself rather than another location.

Powdered milk, could have done with another blanket for the beds
