My stay at the Pan Pacific Nairobi was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful - calm, elegant, and grounding in a way that made it feel like a genuine refuge in the midst of a vibrant city. What made the experience really amazing was the staff. Purity, Evans, and Kelvin (and many others) went above and beyond in every interaction - each bringing such kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt care. From the smallest details to moments when I felt especially welcomed and looked after, they made us feel seen, supported, and at home. Their warmth and attentiveness set a new standard for hospitality!

The location is very convenient, and the amenities are well thought out, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The gym was excellent. Faith was very sweet and helpful. The hotel was clean and located in a central location. Very good shops in walking distance.

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very clean and tidy. What we loved the most was the attention and privacy. Our room was cleaned and all our items always back to where they were. We were really pleased with our stay at Pan Pacific as it is nice, modern and with all the facilities needed. The location was great and close to everything. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The suites are modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to feel at home. What stood out the most during my stay was the gym. It’s well-equipped, clean, and perfectly suited for both casual workouts and more intensive training. I used the gym often, and it quickly became one of my favourite parts of the property. I especially appreciated having a trainer, Shema. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and really helped me get the most out of my sessions. The amenities throughout the hotel were impressive and thoughtfully designed. From the welcoming staff to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Pan Pacific Suites to anyone visiting Nairobi.
