Clarence Co-Living - Private Room Self-Cater

The place was really nice and comfortable, and the amenities were great. It was incredibly close to stores and bus stops making it really easy to get around, and get to the city centre. I would highly recommend.

The only downside was the other tenants staying there who seemed to have an affinity for slamming doors very loudly, but other than that they were friendly.

The place was so clean, the fast way to answer for anything and the friendly staff.

Lovely comfy room and the house is great. Fab kitchen and bathroom. Easy to access and always good to have free parking

We were slightly nervous about the area but took an Uber to and from the house instead of walking at night. No issues at all though and the Uber drivers were the friendliest we've had

The room was clean, but there was a problem with the chair; the bathroom next to the room (#2) had a problem with the toilet (with the toilet flush) - you could hear the water running.

The rooms were wel maintained
