Although it wasn’t central, it was easy enough to get into the city. The facilities were good and the other guests were very nice and friendly.

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

It was completely misleading. The door was open on arrival that was the first red flag. Then there was a drunk woman laying on the couch it smelled like someone died in there, pizza boxes everywhere curtains closed in the middle of the day the television was on full blast. Then there was a dirty box room with a lock that was so flimsy you could’ve barged in. There was no security I wouldn’t even stay there if I was homeless. The false advertising on this property should be illegal. On top of all this we couldn’t even get a refund when we didn’t even stay there.

The cleanliness of the property was at a good standard.

The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were to flat and the duvet was flimsy and both were cheap quality. The base of the bed needs upgrading as it was noisy. A couple things I noticed was the hook on the back of the bathroom door nearest to room 4 is upside down making it not usable. Also having no TV within the rooms seems a little outdated.
