Beautiful Edwardian Central Oxford home

Excellent location - great rooms, kitchen well equipped.

Perfect location to Oxford and the vibrant Cowley area. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this quaint little terraced house. We stayed 10 nights. Super comfy beds. Great lounge to come back after a full day out and relax in. Kitchen is great for us to cook our meals and separate dining room is lovely. Perfect space for us 4 adults. Very quiet street. Slept well.

Location and number of bedrooms. Also good to have a garden space.

It would have been good to have had a parking space but it is near the city centre, so understandable. More lamps would be good - esp in middle bedroom and sitting room. Also there was a slight problem of ants on and around the fridge..

Very nice, clean, warm and comfort house. Very close to bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants.

Central location with short walk to open top bus tour, punt boat trips, cinema, restaurants and shops.

Not enough sofa seating for all guests.

Nothing, not one thing. I seriously don't have anything good to say about this.

First of all it was in a section of student rentals which meant lots of late night noise. The flat was drafty at best and at worst when it rained the bathroom window leaked. The place is poorly furnished and the fireplace that is a focal point, you can't even use it. And the kitchen that is well stocked??? I had to ask for bowls, things to cook in. There isn't even a can opener. I am not sure how anyone can say with a straight face that the kitchen is well stocked. The den has two very uncomfortable love seats so you can not really sit and relax. Not a single chair in the whole place except in the dining area. The garden looks like junk and it so unkempt and overgrown. Super messy. When we arrived we had one set of keys and had to wait for a week for the extra one. The garbage was over flowing due to "someone stealing the garbage can" and we were told that we would receive another one which never came. Honestly, we have stayed in many rentals and this by far was the worse. It's common for the host to communicate and traditionally leave a welcome package of something, but we never did. The scary thing about this is the host offered $20 amazon gift card for 5 stars so at best they are unethical. Run don't walk.

The location was very convenient and the house interior was beautiful and clean. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, a great stay.

Clean, well-presented and plenty of space for a family of 5. In walking distance to central Oxford and close to loads of restaurants, shops and other amenities.

A few of the fixtures and fittings were loose, including the coffee table and brackets for the blinds in the main bedroom. Also there was no plug for the kitchen sink.

Excellent location with a number of cafes and restaurants. To get to the town center, you can either have a nice 15min walk or take the bus for two stops. One huge advantage, there’s a bus stop right down the street taking you to Heathrow or Gatwick (Airline Bus). The place itself is quite cute and cozy. Beds are comfy, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would stay here again with pleasure.
