"Great base for exploring Oxford"

The location was excellent. 5 mins walk into city centre and also to Cowley road. The house was super clean and beds very comfortable. Everyone slept well. Lots of fluffy towels. We thought the property was excellent value for money and suited our family well. Kitchen was great and easy to cook in. The courtyard was great for a drink in the evenings. Hosts were fantastic in organising the return of an item I had left behind. Really enjoyed our stay and will book again.

"Superb"

Exceptional location on a quiet street, yet close to it all. Check-in was straightforward, and the rooms were delightful. The courtyard garden was in full bloom and was a treat to see.

There is an odd smell in the sitting room. Not sure where it originates from, so the sitting room was not as comfortable as it could be. Otherwise, smashing.

"Great location great house"

Amazing location & lovely clean house - great spot to explore Oxford centre

Quite a few cigarette nub ends outside in the garden, not ideal when you’ve got a 4 year old!!
