Host & Stay - 1 The Mount

The property itself was great. The photos didn't do the place justice, it was much more spacious than it looked on the photos. Great location. Lovely touches with the tea, coffee and milk sachets. Exceptionally clean. Number of bathrooms was confusing on the listing, there were infact 4 bathrooms. One with a bathroom, 2 double rooms had ensuites with showers, and an extra toilet on the floor where the living area is.

Beds were comfy but a superking bed would have been preferred. Couldn't locate a chopping board, looked everywhere for one but never found one?! Could have done with an extra comfy chair in the lounge area, and possibly a footstool for those of us who like to put our feet up. Main criticism was all the extra fees that we kept being approached with re £40 extra for insurance, £36 for an hour earlier check in, up to £100 for an 11am check in, £40 for an hour later checkout. I have never experienced all these extra costs for this is all the properties I have rented. Usually if the property is available for an early check in this is offered at no extra cost.

No tv in the bedrooms, also bottom bedroom could do with tea making facilities rather than having to all the way upstairs

Great location and really good accommodation finished to a high standard. Great having a parking space in this location as well.

Fabulous place. Spacious, clean, comfy, calming, great location and views. Well appointed. Owners have thought of everything.

Warm, well appointed and modern. We had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and everything felt clean and new.

One parking space - we were a group of friends arriving from different locations. Otherwise it was £11 a day in peak season using local car parks (although happily free after 31st Oct).

Apartment was huge, & very clean. Easy to collect the keys. Bonus of the apartment having 1 assigned car parking space next to the apartment.

Great location. Beds were great. Nice having so many bathrooms!

Only 6 dinner plates was inadequate,(one per person, but none left for food service, and with so many chips, those could use a refresh. 4:00 check in seemed very late, especially with check out being at 10 am.
