Westland Shores - An East Neuk Gem

Lovely house and just minutes from the beach and the village

Location is great. 1 minute walk from costal path and short walk to harbour, shops, eateries. Very clean and comfortable house, spacious. In a quiet cul de sac. Very comfy beds. Easy to work the central heating. Great showers.

No radio. A wee DAB radio in the kitchen would be nice

Location, facilities and quiet location. Was close enough to Crail to stroll in no car necessary which was nice in the evening.

Only issue was the LED mirror in the en suite it would not turn off for the duration of our stay and constantly went through its mood lighting settings. This was reported and I’m sure it will eventually be fixed. There was a door fortunately so only disturbing if someone were to use the en suite loo during the night - as the light was constantly on.

The premises are very comfortable and in a great location. The property is well equipped with plenty of space both internally and externally to relax Bathrooms are clean and modern, kitchen has all the necessary equipment.

The key box is in a difficult location to access in the dark. The floor squeaks as you walk into from the dining area, and the drive gate is very narrow especially if cars are parked on the road. Dishwasher was full of bubbles and no tablets available.

Loved the location, only a short walk into Crail and about half an hour from St. Andrews Like a home from home with beautiful furnishings, comfy beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms.
