Excellent beds & showers

Improvements needed to cutlery glasses plates & mugs - they were all mismatched & unattractive to use

The location was perfect. The house was well equipped and very clean. The rooms all flowed well and was a perfect set up for our family.

N/a there wasn't anything about the property that we didn't like

Large rooms. Nice garden - although did not use because weather colder. Small hamper which was lovely. Quick response when no high chair available. New one dropped off. Excellent communication regarding this

A very quiet cul-de-sac which was nice & a safe, enclosed back garden which was ideal for the dogs. Furnished & fitted with all you needed & in fact we didn't use the upstairs at all.

The bins were full but that's mainly a council issue with how often they're uplifted.

No breakfast provided but thoughtful hamper was a welcome touch. Exceptionally well equipped house, beautifully decorated throughout.

Landfill bin was overflowing and had clearly not been emptied for weeks so we were unable to dispose of our very small bag of rubbish from our two-night stay.

The location was spot on - only a matter of minutes away from shops and the harbour. The house was very spacious and comfortable, with nice homely feel. The kitchen was very well equipped and the welcome hamper was a nice touch.

Washing up liquid and tablets for the dishwasher would be handy.

Colourfully decorated in a quiet location on the edge of Crail. Importantly to our visit was the fact that there was a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Also liked that the property was pet friendly with a lovely small, secure back garden.

Disappointing that no dishwashing liquid or dishwasher tablets were available. Over stylised with so many cushions on the beds & having a duvet type throw over the end of bed in summer, was overkill. Also too many plastic, artificial plants!

A very comfortable, well-designed space that has everything one needs for a great stay. The location is superb, with access to trails and walks. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped which was great for us. A couple of nice eating options within walking distance helped a lot.

The only grouse I have is that the place was advertised as having 2 bathrooms, while it had only one (plus a tiny WC), which was a bit tight for the 5 of us staying there.
