"Good, clean, spacious, well equipped accommodation. We enjoyed our stay."

The house was spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was pleasant but it was quite a walk (for us) to Whitby town. It was very nice to have tea, sugar and milk on arrival. The beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and two clean tea towels - very handy. The key code was sent in plenty of time and there was a lot of useful information provided.

We were not able to use the dishwasher as it had run out of rinse aid and salt. We did feel that there was constant pressure to include add ons. Paid approx £45 extra for insurance to cover any damages othewise there would have been a £250 bond :(

"House in great location"

Great house in perfect location to everything in whitby. Spacious and comfortable house with nice enclosed garden for the dog.

On arriving the kitchen had a smell of old grease and could have been cleaner.

Location - and the table in the kitchen.

The garden needs a little tlc. The garage is being used as a store room - this would make a brilliant games room with such things as darts or table football. Thought the charges were expensive if you wanted early entry. especially as it was available anyway.

Nice and clean and everything we needed was provided

There was no heating on and the instructions to put the heating were out of date. When we reprted this I was told to access the boiler. When i did locate the boiler the heating was off as there was no pressure. Fortunately we managed to re pressurise the boiler and the heating came on,unfortunately we had spent the day in the house which was only 11 degrees. Also there was a leaky radiator which had a plastic dish under it. On arrival the dish was full and throughout our stay we had to keep emptying it.
