Sumitra Luxury Villas & Resort by Pramana

Everything! Sumitra Luxury Villas is superb in every way! The views, room, food, staff, facilities, location. We had a preplanned holiday after Sumitra for another well known large hotel in Nusa Dua & wanted to come back to Sumitra.

Nothing.

The hotel and staff were amazing. From being picked up at the airport in a very nice vehicle to being escorted to our room in a buggy. The rooms are big and very clean. They turn down your bed at night time. The breakfast is al e carte which was great not just a normal buffet. The staff cannot do enough for you, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. The bikes are free so we got out a few times cycling up the boardwalk. The pool and lazy river were great. The only thing I would say is if you don't like having your own scooter, you would need to get a taxi every time you want to head to the main street in Sanur. The hotel is the furthest south of the boardwalk. We get a scooter so not trouble for us, more feedback for families. The staff delivered a couple of extra afternoon snacks to our room which is always nice. Would highly recommend.

Tout était parfait. En étant « difficile », on aurait pu espérer une salle de sport un peu plus grande. Même si elle était suffisante.

The pool and dining area. Our room was lovely and clean and being on the beach side was great.

We didn’t mind the location which was lovely and quiet though it was a long walk to shops and restaurants. Having to walk through the car park to reach reception. The spa was too expensive.

Unfortunately I can’t rate this as an international hotel as I have dietary requirement that wasn’t met by the restaurant. My gluten free requirement couldn’t be met and to be in a resort category it is a must to be able to accommodate any requirement. The room was lovely and the view was amazing. The staff have a lot to learn but they are trying.

We were not in a central area.
