Everything, all the staff were absolutely amazing and went out of there way to accommodate you . Even the gardeners greeted you The food is beautiful, thank you to the chefs for making this food so yummmmmy... Yogi and the Restaurant staff - a big shout out to you for upgrading us to our villa and accomdating in every way . Afternoon tea around the pool and / on the beach is a must.. Its quiet, not overly busy and we loved every day while staying with you Its only 7 months old, brand new, fresh.

The staff was amazing, especially Yogi, Puteri and Trishna! They made our stay here perfect. The food was delicious and the resort was super clean. We are definitely coming back here!

( d’un client ou du personnel ? ) rentrer et sortir de la zone de préparation cafés etc… qui goûtait avec ses doigts ce qui allait être servi - sans qu on lui dise quoique ce soit !.. le client est certes roi .. mais dans ce genre d hôtel on s attend à ce que les règles d hygiène soient garanties … Il n existe pas de zones non fumeurs … nous avons étaient obligés de changer de table et de lit de plage plusieurs fois - en fonction du vent et des fumeurs qui ne se préoccupent absolument pas de déranger les autres clients

The most relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The staff were attentive, humble and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. The room was inviting, comfortable and absolutely stunning. Breakfast was very generous and we were glad we upgraded our room to have it included daily. It was the first time we had experienced being able to order anything we wanted from the a la carte breakfast menu as part of the included breakfast. Lunch and dinner in the dining area was also excellent. All the food was fresh, of high quality and the menu included a great selection of dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were very welcoming to catering for our dietary needs. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to relax and unwind, while also having the option of taking long walks nearby. Both pools were wonderful for swimming and relax in. Highly recommend the yoga sessions and the Balinese massage. Everything was exceptional. Any feedback we provided was received with appreciation and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
