Absolutely beautiful resort!!! Beautiful staff. Gorgeous pools. Lovely complimentary afternoon tea around the pool. Perfect resort for anyone needing to relax around the pool and have some quiet time. Free bike hire as well.

The only downside for me was being away from shopping and not having money changer in the resort. Both were easily fixed, money changer at resort next door and free bikes available to ride to shops or bikes. Shuttle bus to shops.

Spacious rooms. Beautiful garden. Exceptional staff. At the quieter end of Sanur. Short cab ride to popular restaurants and shops. This was our second stay and it did not disappoint.

Smokers in close proximity to the restaurant is annoying.

It is small resort and villas right on the beach at Sanur, near Mertasari Beach which is very popular with the local people. Kites are prevalent here, which are magical to watch. Staff were fabulous, we stayed in Ocean View King room and were upgraded to Ocean view plunge pool suite on the top floor as there some renovations happening near to our original room, the ocean view room was gorgeous, the suite was next levelPool was lovely and floating around on the lazy river was especially lovely. Mostly adults with only a few children, which they cater for but as a grandparent I would go to a resort more targeted for children than this one, which I think is perfect for adults.

Restaurant menu was the same for the week, there were no special event nights, such as a BBQ dinner, we went out more nights for dinner than we ate in. Breakfast was lovely each morning, a la carte which was great as it is a small resort so having your choices cooked freshly was appreciated. Lighting in the bathroom was lovely but not helpful for applying make up, so a light and a mirror that you could adjust on a swivel would have been appreciated, very minor issue.

Spacious room, beautiful location, good in room amenities and nice and clean.

Attention to detail from staff in food and beverage service, slow to respond and not returning to check for further orders/needs. Better training is needed for cocktails, these are a large part of enjoying a tropical holiday but all the cocktails were average at best.
