"Everything you need... and more!"

We loved everything about this place! Room was huge and felt luxurious. Food was tasty and best variety. Pool was perfect size and the lazy river was fun. There were always loungers avaliable but to be fair the hotel wasn't overly busy. Staff were amazing - attentive but didn't hover or pressure us to order. Free bikes were a bonus to explore the boardwalk. Location was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur central but close enough to get to Iconic Mall or other resturants easily. Check in was lovely and staff made everything simple. This hotel is smaller than a lot of the huge hotels on the boardwalk and has a more intimate feel. We would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully get to return.

Nothing! If I was going to get really picky I would suggest adding one or 2 comfy chairs in the rooms - I'm not sure that the big desk is necessary. Some cushions on the outdoor furniture would be good.

Friendly staff, beautiful Villa, delicious breakfasts, wonderful lagoon pool

No separate bar and location was a bit too far away from things for us

This was an unexpected find but turned out to be a gem. Upon request, we even got upgraded to a better room. Our butler Yogi was very good. Very good location, staff and service. A special mention to the in house restraunt "Flow" for the delicious food as well.
