The room was equipped with every need. The bedroom was very welcoming and comfortable. The location of the house is a 10-minute walk from the center, therefore a very quiet area but close to the shops.

Beautiful property and great location. Also the owner was great. Very helpful, you could count on him anytime. Helped with the shirt ironing service also with the transport. I would highly recommend it.

"Hidden gem near the beach and Old Town"

A truly wonderful and nice place for your stay in Chania. Free parking. The House is an old house, which gets renovated by it's owner, Spyrangelos, with great taste and warm appreciation to his ancestors. Our room was spacious, greatly designed and comfortable. The beachside promenade, nice resturants and Old Town are just few steps away. Spyrangelos was the best host you could hope for - always friendly, helpful, caring and gave us great suggestions regarding local restaurants for breakfast/ dinner. I wish we could have had more time to enjoy the warm welcome and excellent stay in Thirty8 Heritage House in lovely Chania! Don't miss the chance to enjoy this hidden historical gem during your trip in Crete!

"Superb"

We liked the green room, which has a private balcony and is close to a lovely beach. The host is very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for places to see and eat. The house is very charming and full of history. There is a wonderful bakery just in front of the building which has amazing products.
