We were greeted by Angelo, the owner, as soon as we pulled up outside. Very welcoming and explained the history of Thirty8. All the tips we needed for getting around locally, and some great ideas on what to do too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautifully restored Thirty8 Heritage House, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charm and history of the building, which has been lovingly preserved. The host Spyrangelos was incredibly warm and welcoming, sharing fascinating stories about the house and its history, and providing endless recommendations for eateries, beaches and bars. His hospitality truly made the stay special and his passion for the property was evident in every detail. If you're looking for a charming, authentic place to stay in Chania, with a perfect blend of history and comfort, this is the spot. Only moments away from the main centre and old town. Highly recommend!

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and our host, Spyrangelos, was welcoming and professional. Not only was he passionate and dedicated to his property, we could also get in touch with him to ask for advice around travel etc and we were made to feel so comfortable during our stay!
