Thirty8 Heritage House

Heritage House is a beautiful historic building which has been modernised whilst retaining some original features, and is nestled in a courtyard of palm and lime trees. High ceilings and tall windows give an air of grandeur, and our room was spotless. The kitchenette was well stocked with a nespresso machine and pods, and we were welcomed with water in the fridge and bottle of wine. The house is in a great location. It took us about 15 minutes to visit the amazing Archeological Museum, and about 10 minutes to reach the Venetian harbour. Spyrangelos was an attentive and friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome.

The location was perfect. The beach was about 3-4 minutes and every important place was accessible in a 10-15 minutes walk.

Cancelled flight at Chania, and Angelo accommodated 5 of us last minute. Brilliant hospitality, amazing property, lovingly restored. Amazing rooms

Staying at a beautifully renovated Ottoman mansion in Crete, now a luxurious hotel, was an unique experience. The blend of historic charm and modern amenities was exceptional, location was great. The rooms were comfortable and elegantly decorated, with stunning art throughout the hotel. Angelos, the owner, was super friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this unique hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

Everything was amazing.

Everything was great: the room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent. The host, Spyrangelos, will take you through the history of the beautiful 'Thirty8 Heritage House' building and recommend the best places in Chania. Spyrangelos will treat you as a friend rather than a client.

Amazing location. You can feel the love and enthusiasm the host puts in his projects. We loved it here. Rooms are nice, the garden is a very chill space to relax from the heat in Chania and you are located very close to city center. We loved it and will definitely come again!
