Villa Burung in Kashantee Village

Excellent location. Very quiet and serene. The villa was beautiful with plenty of space. The villa grounds were well kept, free from rubbish and bad smells. Full kitchen.

We had 2 aircon issues while we were there including one upstairs was blocked and poured water so over the floor which leaked into the bedroom below getting items wet. Do some preventative maintenance would be good.

The pool area is lovely, great cocktails and food and the staff are lovely

Location is not the best, beach near by very dirty

Great location and excellent staff.

They let us into our room early after our family had travelled a long way to get there. The staff were amazing, and the villa was very clean.

The property was spacious and the staff were friendly.

A lot of loose tiles in the main pool and water not as clean as could be - Green tinge some days. A lot of mosquitoes in the Villa Beo possibly due to some windows not able to close.

The villa was spacious and nicely decorated. 3 out of 4 bedrooms had bathrooms but the lack of en-suite for one of the upstairs rooms made the configuration a bit tricky with kids. Staff were friendly but communication wasn’t great with confusion around our booking and room requirements. Pool areas need a revamp - lots of loose and broken tiles. A little tired but overall well appointed and had an authentic Balinese feel. Pretty good value for money.
