The Villa was very spacious and private

Because the Villa is primarily timber the weather conditions cause warping, loose decking, doors hard to open. The main pool definitely is in need of repair, some tiles in the pool have come off and just lay on the top ready to tread on and some are very loose ready to come off, the sun beds look dirty and need replacing or given a good clean, the bottom line is It does need a lot of maintenance, this has been pointed out in the the last few years but nothing changes.

1. Location was good as it was only 5-7 mins walk to the beach. 2. Its situated on the main street with all local shops. 3. Breakfast and Dinner menu was good and had lots of options.

1. The house had lots of insects and ants. You can leave anything open, even your clothes as the ants will get into it. 2. One of the rooms on the first floor had a fault Air Con 3. The washing machine was not useful as it was semi auto and did not have a dryer function. 4. The service staff was very slow in responding. 5. There is no phone in the house to contact reception or housekeeping. So everytime, you will have to walk to the reception.

Resort looks beautiful, beautiful staff.

Maintenance. Main pool needs major renovations as tiles loose everywhere. Our villa also needs a makeover. Id also like to see the wonderful staff with a ceiling fan or something to move the air around the pool bar as when on, they'd be hot in there and it's no wonder staff spent more time at the kitchen area as it was cooler.

one day a guy came around with a mosquito terminator smoking apparatus while we are all at the pool. A pre-warning should have been given so that we would not have been exposed to the insecticides as there was no way of escaping these. This actually pretty upsetting.

Otroligt fin villa, dock var poolen väldigt sliten, många plattor som satt lösa eller var borta. God mat, men tyvärr blev två av oss matförgiftade vid ett tillfälle av carbonara.

Pros: we loved our stay! Amazing property & great villa! We loved it there & the kids spent so much time in the pool! The house is soooo so nice! We had the pool pretty much for ourselves & it was really incredible to have this little gem of a sanctuary so close to the huddle & bustle of Seminyak!

Minus: They wanted to charge me $15 for a cot - I find this unacceptable & have had much more luck with that on the Sanur side where cost were included at no extra costs. It’s a bit messy close to the villas where they store some furniture - that could be fixed by finding better ways to hide it or move that else where - the little spot is so cute! Staff was ok but did not go above and beyond as they did on the Sanur side :)

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The villa was comfortable and clean. Cocktail hour was great.

The main pool is in need of maintenance as there are a lot of tiles missing. The floorboards in our villa seem to be very loose/ dipping. Wifi is very slow. The location is ok unless you want to eat out on Eat street or go to the Seminyak square as it will take about half an hour due to traffic. The food was reasonable but limited choice.
