Villa Burung in Kashantee Village

Space of rooms and gardens and private pool for the villas. Cocktails happy hour brought you back in the afternoon

Big pool needs upgrading and was always warm not refreshing on hot day.

Very comfortable and close to everything. Loved the Bali feel - good airconditing - rooms lovely , very cute with mosquito nets.

Would have liked plastic containers to store food - also bit short on glasses etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort has great facilities and is all within a short distance from other restaurants and bars.

Alot of the drivers did not know where this resort was, we were dropped off at the wrong resort in the middle of the night. You should just refer to it as "Kashantee Village". There are many Villa Burungs in Bali. The Villa's bathrooms were not clean (around the toilet, sinks and showers). This showed surfaces were wiped, but not properly cleaned.

We loved our stay in Villa Beo at Kashantee Village! It looked just like the pictures and while a few things were dated, it was beautiful and clean and comfortable, with really good air-conditioning and a bottled water cooler, huge kitchen and fridge. House keeping cleaned our villa everyday and the grounds were well kept, our kids loved feeding the fish and turtle everyday. The staff were so kind and helpful, and we felt blessed to have such good quality food at a pretty cheap price in the restaurant, we ended up eating most of our meals there it was really delicious food, huge selection of western and Indonesian food, and open all day. There was also a semiprivate pool outside the two villas which we didn't expect, as well as the main resort pool with the swim up bar! We absolutely loved it.

we rented the 4 bedroom villa for 3 nights. wanted to leave from the first day but decided to stay but we had bad experience with this place more and more everyday until check out time - the villa smelled so damp from the moment you walked in. - linens; towels, sofa cover all were stained, old and not fresh - hot water in 1 one of the room wasnt working. we reported and it wasnt fixed - group of very small insects in the room and on the bed - during check out they charged 150k for a missing umbrella, which we used to go to the lobby from the room the previous day because of the rain, and our driver left the umbrellas in the pot in the lobby as there were no one to take them. and apparently this morning they only found 1 umbrella there. someone else mustve used it and I didnt want to wait for them to check the whole villa of where the umbrella might be as we had somewhere else to be. So we paid for the 150k of a missing umbrella which must be somewhere in the villa. all in all, I dont recommend this place.
