Codzienne sprzątanie, komunikacja z obiektem. Personel był bezproblemowy i bardzo uprzejmy. Codziennie czyste, świeżo pachnące ręczniki.

Bardzo dużo mrówek, które były nie tylko na podłodze i ścianach ale i czasem w łóżku. Wiem że to tropiki, ale można by było popracować nad jakimiś odstraszaczami żeby było ich mniej. No i przy mocnych ulewach, które nas dotknęły podczas pobytu, w domku było okropnie głośno bo deszcz uderzał mocno w dach co utrudniało spanie

The Staff was amazing! Also the facilities, the pool could be heated when is colder outside, also the room a little, otherwise it was perfect, I would give it a 9.9/10! People who say the reception is far from the villas are just lazy:)) I will certainly come back.

Great views , secluded and big spacious rooms . The pool is clean . Great vibes . Serene .

The walk from the reception to the room is a bit of a trek . The staff helps you with the luggage .Railings surrounding the rooms were a bit flimsy . Food was okay , not that great .

Incredible location. Spectacular views, set high overlooking the Petanu river and jungle. Huge, very comfortable bed. Relaxing in the plunge pool watching the beautiful sunset was a highlight. Loved watching the tiny frogs that came out at night. Close to many attractions without the tourist hordes. If you enjoy being surrounded by nature, this is the place for you.

The wifi wasn’t great but this a place to get away from everything.
