The Heritage Guest House

Perfectly located by the main high street, with the train station and shops including Tesco, Lidl, Starbucks, Costa and others all within easy walking distance. There is also a rather lovely local cinema/playhouse that I highly recommend visiting if you enjoy film.

I liked it, I was left to myself ( it’s a self catering guest house ) and it was a comfortable, pleasant location with no bother whatsoever. Kitchen, bathroom, even washing machine all laid on for you. And in the centre of the small town. House has I think 8 rooms and no worries with the other guests at all☺️. Really good big television in my room for night when coming back from my walks☺️

The property for a 2 week stay was excellent in value and comfortable with everything you need. Facilities home from home. So close to the lovely town of Montrose with so much history. The beach is amazing, plenty of car parking and no charges. Elaine and Adam more than helpful and welcoming. A great stay.
