The Heritage Guest House

I would prefer to be able to make morning coffee in my room . The pub opposite, or possibly a party close by was rather noisy on Friday and Saturday night .

The kitchen had excellent facilities for making your own meals. It was very well laid out with everything you could need. There was well labelled shelves and fridge/freezer spaces so everyone knew exactly what was theirs.

We liked everything

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the accommodation was in fact self catering. There is a shared kitchen and laundry room on the ground floor. I would have loved to have had a kettle in the room, that would have been perfect. The lovely, old, interesting house appears to have been fully and comprehensively refurbished in very recent years. The room I was in on the top floor was large, very clean and comfortable with a large, clean and comfortable ensuite bathroom. The kitchen / dining area was well equipped and clean.

I wouldn't say I didn't like the following however they're suggestions that would make a pleasant stay even better: I would like to have been able to open the bedroom window further. A kettle in the room would be great! Paper kitchen roll would be great in the kitchen.

We have stayed at Adam’s place many times, he is an excellent host and his place is highly recommended. We will definitely be back 👍

Very clean and great location. The kitchen facilities were great as we could cook if we liked and everything we needed was there.

We couldn't find the place at first. Maybe a more obvious sign outside!
