The bed was too small and also uncomfortable. The on-line pictures were misleading as we thought there was an in-room kitchenette. Room was large but had only one straightback chair and no table. Noise from Sharkeys was excessive on Friday and Saturday nights.

Nice and homely room very clean bed comfy shower ensuite very modern . Adam the owner was very welcoming and friendly . He thought we were coming to see the festival it was a bonus as we didn't know anything about it. Having the use of the kitchen was good microwave ,cooker, fridge freezer. great weekend. There is a Washing machine tumble dryer we didn't use it .

Great location, very close to town centre, fast WiFi Very clean rooms and communal spaces. Very friendly staff and great hospitality. (Thank you both Adam and Elaine) If I visit Montrose again, I will not go anywhere else for short or long stay.

It was very close to where I needed to be, it was really clean, quiet, and well set up. It would work well for a longer stay, more than mine, more than a week.

The locking of the front door was a little erratic: it’s not clear whether it’s left open during the day.
