The Bluebell

Décoré avec goût, très agréable et apaisant, couleurs ou leurs pastels, petit bouquet et déco soignée. On se sent comme chez soi. C’est plus jolie que sur les photos! La personne était très à l’écoute et très sympa, je reviendrais avec plaisir. Merci pour ce séjour, je ne me suis pas sentie en touriste mais comme si j’y habitais.

Great location and so innovative! The room was comfortable and we liked that the bathroom was bigger than in other places. Easy check in and we loved the welcome snacks, especially the fresh milk for tea and Netflix!

Very well appointed room, with great attention to detail - excellent bathroom mirror with its own lighting plus little glow spot for those night time visits! Super comfortable beds. Cotton sheets and good pillows. Tea and coffee making facilities plus biscuits, and fresh fruit and fresh milk provided in entrance hall. Code entry worked a treat. We felt very safe. We really appreciated the recommendations for breakfast venues - we tried two riverside locations, both just a short walk from the hotel, and they were excellent.

Je n'ai jamais pu mettre un visage sur mon interlocuteur que je n'ai pas vu du séjour, c'est dommage ... Et les murs ne sont pas suffisamment isolés contre le bruit : on entend parler les voisins Petit déjeuner rudimentaire : du lait, de l'eau et des pommes en libre service

The location was good and we liked the decor of the hotel.

We didn't like the absence of the reception, the location of the room which was on the 2nd floor, and we had to carry our bags up the spiral staircase. The room and the bathroom were so tiny which made them uncomfortable. The building is located on the very busy road with traffic noise all through the night.

Location was great coming off the Cotswold Way and only minutes to the center of Bath. The contactless entry worked as expected with no problems whatsoever. Room was very clean and in a very nice historical structure. Through email, the host was most helpful in transportation issues locally and regionally. Overall very pleased with the stay.
