The Bluebell

The room is lovely, just out of the main bustle of the City but close enough to walk in. The room was well equipped.

The room is cosy as is the bathroom and not enough place to hang clothes.

Comfy bed , clean room , nice to have cold milk , fruit , biscuits, nice little touch’s . I like the way entry is pin code . Ideal for town or The gardens , lovely little garden centre by Crescent Gardens !

Would have liked some acknowledgment from staff !

This is NOT a hotel. This is a narrow row-house with nine tiny rooms for rent, and no one to let you in. The absentee manager will email you a door code a couple of hours before the check-in time, and if you have any difficulty accessing your email, you'll be sleeping in your car. Speaking of cars, absentee manager, when reached by phone, incorrectly advised us that the only nearby car park was about to close for a festival (it was not), causing us some panic. If you want to run a hotel, you must commit to being present when guests arrive - or alternatively, being honest about this in your self-description. Our room, by the way, was just big enough to fit one double bed, and the bathroom was microscopic. No elevator and no a/c.

Beautiful (woodland) room. Very clean and comfortable. There is fruit , milk and water downstairs which is great. Easy check in. Nice contact via WhatsApp. Perfect for a couple of nights.

We had lots of tea but we are coffee drinkers so would’ve liked more than 2 coffees for two nights.
