Paolo was fantastic in communicating and advising before our stay; this made everything straightforward. He booked a secure parking spot for us and advised about the traffic zone tax (one thing to note is the garage only accepted cash, €25 per day, so this wiped out all the cash we had with us before finding an ATM). Location was brilliant. I didn’t know what to expect from the description on Booking.com, but think I was expecting a ‘Hotel’ sign but it’s a discreet sign on the wall which we didn’t find straightaway. The accommodation is a series of rooms set off a reception/ breakfast area on the 5th floor of an apartment block in the centre of the Old Town of Palermo. Our Room was really spacious and very comfortable- we were Room 1 which was located as soon as you enter the property. The breakfast area is right outside the room so expect to hear the chatter and breakfast service from 8am. Breakfast was good and a great start to each day. Bedding and towels were excellent and a lovely touch to receive a ‘tea towel’ souvenir- thank you Paolo and the Team. Would definitely return and recommend.

Einfach ALLES! Von Anfang an….ich wusste, wie ich gehen soll, um den Bus vom Flughafen ins Zentrum zu finden. Mir wurde alles gesagt, was ich wissen wollte. Die Zimmer sind neu, modern, sauber und suuuuuuper zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück samt der lieben Person(weiß leider ihren Namen nicht)perfekt.Ich kann nur sagen: von 10 Punkten würde ich 100 geben!

The host was lovely and the room was amazing. The location was perfect, especially for just a two night stay. It was worth every penny.

The location is absolutely perfect. Only meters from via maqueda and most of the historic landmarks within minutes walking distance. The rooms are cozy, comfortable & modern. Francesco was an excellent host!

Perfecte ligging, zeer ruime, schone kamer met uitzicht over het oude centrum. De host is super vriendelijk en helpt waar gewenst. Prima ontbijt.
