The apartment was great and had everything we needed - good location with its own entrance, comfortable bed, good facilities. The kitchenette was really useful and well equipped. The whole apartment was spotless. Communication beforehand was excellent.

Convenient location and clean. Easy checkin with the key available from pub across the road. Had unusual single cup kettle and coffee maker and good selection of teas and coffees. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding and towels. Smelt like they had been put away damp after being washed.

The place was spotlessly clean and check in/out was very easy.

There was a really strong smell of damp in the bedroom, although none was visible. The bedding felt a little damp when I arrived.

Located ok for what I wanted.

Double room was better equipped than the family room which seemed odd

The man at the pub was extremely helpful as I tried to juggle unpacking the car on my own with a toddler in a pushchair. He was very polite and was open to feedback that the cot bed base was not a suitable mattress and we spoke about them having a bed guard as an alternative which he thought was a good idea. I liked how open he was to making the guest experience as nice as possible. I liked the layout of the room, kitchen and bathroom were small but perfectly formed and the access was in a communal courtyard which made it feel safer than being on the road. The bedroom window overlooked the road and junction but we were not disturbed by noise or light. Myself and baby slept very soundly and the bed was very comfortable, thank you!

There was a dirty grey sock and a used tissue under the bed which shows the cleaning was not through enough and checking under beds in guest accommodation seems obvious to me. This was disappointing as it made me question what else wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard. My baby also picked up some sort of plastic cap off the floor by the radiator. It was like a flat lid off something but it was dusty and dirty and should not have been there. Again, cleaning standards need to be improved. I messaged the company upon my return home (it was too late and baby asleep when I discovered the sock/tissue/plastic cap and nobody was around when I pushed my key through the letterbox the following morning) and although they messaged asking for photos and further info via email, I am still waiting for a response since 01/12/24. I advised I was reaching out to them first before reviewing here but feel their lack of after care also needs addressing.

Perfect location, clean and tidy. Staff very helpful.

The woman in the Reindeer Inn where I collected the key was excellent, very kind and showed me to the room.
