Clean and tidy

No milk and lights on a switch that kept switching them off!!

Excellent communication prior to arrival and great host. Spotlessly clean. Own private entrance. Mini kitchen area. Almost like a studio flat. Ample free on street parking. Located in pleasant town and felt very safe.

Bed mattress could have been more comfortable but did not detract from sleep. Traffic noise through windows. Neither would stop us from returning.

Comfortable, clean room with a little kitchenette and shower room. It is possible to boost the heating so I had a cosy evening watching the fantastic TV.

It does say there is parking which is actually on street parking. I struggled to find somewhere to park initially as I arrived on a busy day in the town but later in the day was able to move my car closer.

the kettle... never seen one like it but i guess it reduces the likelyhood of spills

Very clean and well presented. Felt very comfortable here during my stay. Location was ideal and it was very easy to check in and out.

Didn't get on with the mattress as it was quite firm, but we all have different preferences with this.

Convenient location

Had to pick key up from pub across the road . Took me ages to find someone to speak to as it was closed . She was polite but had to show me how to get into property as it wasn’t the one I expected ( as per website) . Front door on website showed a different one to the actual door. The property was down an alleyway into a courtyard that wasn’t very clean . The kitchen had a fancy kettle , a coffee machine ( one pod only for two people) !! Don’t bother providing it at all ! No wine glasses only tumblers … The bed was VERY uncomfortable… The bedding was cheap cotton and the bottom sheet was brushed bobbly cotton . The wardrobe was not fit for purpose, couldn’t hang a dress in . My friend and I came for a wedding and we had nowhere to hang our outfits. This is a popular area for the races to so posh frocks need a decent hanging space . The bathroom was nice but needs a few bits painting . Frustrating that lights and running water on timers so it took ages to clean teeth. It cost me £175 for 2 midweek nights … rip off considering the facilities

Clean, well equipped and good location.

Heating was too complicated. Boiling water without a kettle not good. Lots of spillage and nowhere easy to drain overflow.
