Maybe I should have read the reviews. This place is very….rustic. It’s a converted Boy Scout cabin. The Ac couldn’t hold the temp and it wasn’t even that hot. Appliances and decor from the 1960’s. Great if you want to go camping.

Loved this property, easy check in, clean and spacious cabin for our family. There is plenty to explore within the park and conveniently 15-20mins from Winston-Salem activities. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The cottage was tucked into woods, giving a summer camp feel, which we loved! It was off the main road and quiet. The cottage was cozy, VERY clean and comfortable! Checking in was easy with the door code. The grounds of Tanglewood park were beautiful and wished we had more time to explore.

The stay was good. It was a little scary at night because there are no lights. The stay served its purpose we needed somewhere to crash for a few hours before the next tournament day. But this place is great for a couples get away girls getaway. If you nature this is the place.
