No breakfast included. Location fine because was able to walk there from Piccadilly station, but after 11 at night, but not located in an high class area so felt a bit insecure. But for the price wouldn't expect any different. Just wanted a comfortable sleep for a cheap price and i got that.

It a room in a Family household, the room was very clean, the people next door is very quite. Nothing inconvenience for us during the stay. It have a little kitchen for a person like to cook everyday like me so it cool.

The location, a bit too far for walking from city centre, one toilet only.
