Not that far from Man Piccadilly. Tops 🎩 pizza nearby, good. Warm welcome (door label). Guests (27 January) not disturbed much but there was some noise anyway. It was much worse in other cities but not great.

The just adjacent road to the house. Had no idea that on Tuesday night, Tuesday night, severe not mild but severe traffic occurs in Manchester even after 11 pm. Due to that fact I took a little tour in silence and eaten little pizza at Tops.

Really clean and quiet, this is my second time staying for 2 nights, great nights sleep

There is no TV in the room The bedroom lock isn’t robust, but I felt very safe with a young family also in the building For me this is perfect, I work late get a great nights sleep and back into work early in the morning

The property was modern, spacious and clean.

There was no remote for the TV in the shared communal area

It was good, very clean.

I did not like the heating system there. There was heating but it was very small, we felt cold all the time. The heating was not working at all in the bathroom and in the living room. Also you do not have access to the TV in the living room. If you want to watch TV, just ask the host when you book a room. Moreover blinds are also not comfortable for people who want to sleep in a day.

Room door small padlocked. Needs a proper, secure lock.
