"A very happy stay in a clean and comfortable house, perfect location for exploring York."

The breakfast was superb. An excellent array of cereals, muesli from an independent supplier, fresh fruit, waffles plus toast, jam,honey and plenty more besides! As well as all this there is a wide selection of teas and a wonderful coffee machine! The location was perfect for us, a short bus ride from the city centre and best of all the bus stops right outside the property. Jack and Ellie, the owners,were on hand and very happy to give any help or advice on anything to help with our stay.

We found everything about the property was excellent.

Very pleasant stay. Great bedroom and facilities. The house is in Fulford on the outskirts of York but very easy to get into central York by regulatar bus (10 mins).
