Excellent location and very easy routes to get into York city center, the host Jack was very welcoming and so helpful, nothing was a problem Would definitely stay again here 😊

Struggled with the bathroom door handle, difficult to open 😳😆 old classic design but stiff to open Ham and chrese would be a nice addition for the croissant's if I was picking

Very nice style of building. Self contained style was great to allow you to come and go.

Road noise the only negative but it does quieten down

"I would definitely stay here again when I visit York for the 5th time!"

Jack was lovely made me feel like I was staying with family. The location was very convenient (10 mins bus ride into the city centre). The room was so cosy and lots of snacks for you to enjoy throughout the day. Loved breakfast times where we would catch with Jack and the other guests.

Such a lovely home away from home in York! Comfortable beds, a cosy breakfast room and nice chats with Jack and other guests, an easy-accessible parking space for the car, a bus-stop in front of the door and a short bus-ride to the heart of York. Thanks again for everything. I would love to visit again!

There’s breakfast, but no hot breakfast, just in case, someone expects it.

Lovely situated property just outside of city centre, really clean and all facilities that are needed for a few days away! Jack was so accommodating and pleasant with some great tips for our stay! Will definitely be returning!

Proprietors were lovely! Public transport was amazing! Clean Lovely to have snacks on tap Quiet even though on a main road Netflix

The shower meant you had to get your hair wet Small double No bath mat
