Very warm.and friendly welcome, accommodated our late check in. Excellent little touches in room, smacks, drinks, and Toiletries. Large clean bathroom.with very large shower,

Room was very warm, in the heat we've been experiencing the window could of been open, so room.was aired for our arrival Bed was a little uncomfortable, matress and pillows were not of very good quality, and quilt wasn't a summer quilt.

Lovely location. Great hosts very accommodating and friendly. Lights on the stairs a brilliant idea. food was lovely.

Apple tree a bit close to car park when apples are falling. Toilet was lopsided and toilet seat slid because of this.

Lovely room. Very friendly welcome, relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect location for exploring the local area and visiting Newark. The hosts were friendly, informative and efficient without being intrusive, excellent balance for a pleasurable stay. Breakfast was excellent, a full English breakfast or elements of if preferred plus a great choice of continental style options too. A great stay.

Our stay did not identify anything to dislike. Everything was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very dog-friendly, with a lovely long walk nearby for our pup. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Shaan and Sef for such a warm welcome and fantastic hospitality, we’ll definitely be back!
