Warlands Farm Guest House

After my previous night in a dump of a room on the NW coast, this was a beautiful little room in a nice location. BUT ...

Much too small. I realise I brought much too much stuff - but it was so small I had to leave my suitcase outside on the landing overnight. Also, no power sockets were accessible in the room, so I had to use a power socket on the landing to recharge devices.

Impeccably clean, lovely room, pleasant breakfast room, pretty gardens.

A bit warm in the room in summer, but provided a fan.

Was met by Harold and shown to our room. We had the lounge and kitchen to ourselves. It's a lovely place and Harold and Mia are amazing hosts. Please have the breakfast as it is just the best. See you again

Nothing

Very comfy living room with a lovely garden to sit out in. There were three bedrooms, I had the single room which had everything that I needed, all the bedroom doors locked. There were three spaces to park the cars, electric gates which were locked at night so very secure with CCTV around the property. Because the weather was very hot Harold (the owner) brought us some iced lemon and mint water which was very appreciated.

Lovely countryside setting. .on site parking. Good breakfast with eggs straight from the host's chickens!

The location of the property is perfect. We really enjoyed taking advantage of the wonderful garden. The property was well appointed, very clean, and comfortable.

Would have appreciated the option of de-caf coffee, and biscuits on the welcome tray.
