The pools were great & the restaurants had a good selection of food. We had a lovely big family suit & nice views.

The drinks selection wasn’t great. Also public toilets in the hotel weren’t very clean.

We were very excited to be staying at the hotel. However, when we got there it was not 5* as advertised it was very dirty and not what we had expected. The places around the hotel were used as storage and were a sight sore. We spent so much money and it really wasn’t worth it.

Very good service and the staff was nice and helpful as they were wonderful and the food was amazing and the entertainment was fantastic and the whole place was great

First time with family was a really good holiday lots of places to visit lots of fun entertainment to do and for people to join in the basilico restaurant is really good for different range of food and for different people to try the food out the reception are really helpful with anything that you need help with and the bar men give a good supply of drinks

First time visiting parrotel lagoon resort. Really happy with all staff very attentive. Always smiling. Plenty of food to choose from catering for everyone. British can eat at the Italian restaurant that is quieter than the main one. Entertainment team keep everyone happy. Very active and energetic. Ahmed. Filo. Muhammed and mody and mustafa very happy go lucky team.

A place I absolutely do not recommend. I'm currently staying here, and the service is not even up to 2-star standards — definitely not 5 stars. First, upon entering the room, there was no shampoo, shower gel, tissues, or even towels. No tea, Nescafé, or water either. Even after requesting them from reception and housekeeping, nothing changed. Second, in the restaurant, once a food item runs out, it's not replenished. Also, the food area is completely unclean. Third, there has been a power outage since 3 PM, and now it's 6 PM and still not restored. The aqua park only operated for 5 minutes. Lastly, the staff member responsible for the bar at the main pool treats guests in a disgustingly rude manner. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences — the only positive point is the politeness and professionalism of the reception staff.

First time staying here. Hotel was ok. Reception was helpful. Bar was very friendly and always willing to help, staff loved me and keep calling me boss all day. Room was ok, always kept clean. The English restaurant was good. Lifeguards were good and always happy. Entertainment team was good. Always happy and plenty of energy. Ahmed was very good. Filo was brilliant also, energy was on point.
