Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort

Terrible experience — no hot water for 2 days, bathroom floods, dirty rooms, broken fridge, and awful service. I had to move rooms three times and still got only 2 towels for 3 people. Would not recommend this hotel at all. This should be a 2 stars hotel . Avoid this hotel .

We had a very fun and memorable vacation. The food was good, but breakfast could have had more variety. At lunch and dinner there was something new to try every day. There are many pools to go to. There are lots of activities for children. What made our holiday especially exciting was Ibrahim from the Piano Bar. He was very friendly and kept our spirits up. The other bar staff were also friendly and nice. I definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back. All the staff are friendly, especially Said, who drives guests to their rooms.

Had the best holiday here celebrating my birthday with my cousin hotel is absolutely fantastic rooms spotless all the staff are amazing couldn’t do enough for you especially our little friend besho namer he works at the pool bar always there attending to us with are drinks had a laugh with him he’s very funny always smiling and couldn’t do enough for you will be back soon

Friendly staff, pool was clean. Staff went above and beyond for everyone and was always willing to help. Food was nice and variety

This was my first ever solo trip was a little nervous coming to a country I have never been before but the staff have made my trip very welcoming and was happy to help with any needs! Would like to give a special thank you to Yousef and islam! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Hotel is amazing. Good experience. Top waiter yousef was fu*king and sorted us out every single day. Not just drinks by the pool but any help and advice we needed he was there 100%.

The hotel itself is lovely with nice grounds, good pool areas, entertainment, and a fun waterpark. The shuttle to the beach is reliable, and the air conditioning in the rooms works well; all positives that could make for a great stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by cleanliness and food quality. The bathroom was dirty from the moment we checked in. The floor hadn’t been cleaned properly, the toilet flush wasn’t working well, and there were unpleasant marks left on the toilet. Housekeeping throughout the stay was poor: cleaners would come quickly, often using dirty equipment, and we noticed towels were simply picked up off the floor, folded, and put back instead of being replaced. On several occasions, we had to specifically request fresh towels. Pool towel service was also disappointing. Despite having towel cards, towels were frequently “in laundry,” and when available, many were dirty or ripped. The food was another major downside. The buffet was very bland, lacking variety or flavor, and even simple options like chicken nuggets were not appetising. Overall, while the hotel’s facilities are quite good, the lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping standards, and low-quality food bring this down to more of a 2-3 star experience rather than the 4-5 star standard advertised.

Fantastic holiday! The staff made it so much more pleasant. The Manager at the pool, yousef was always on hand to help an constantly checking we were ok! Bringing drinks an makin us laugh. 100% would recommend 👌🏼

I stayed in room 1452 from 21 to 24 September, and my experience was disappointing. The reception staff were rude both during check-in and afterward. I called four times requesting room cleaning due to the cleanliness issues and the bloodstains, and each time, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Even on the fourth call, there was no genuine concern shown. Additionally, the room was not clean, the floor and linens were dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The buffet food was also the worst I’ve ever tasted, and the dining area was not clean. I will be attaching photos to support my review.
