Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort

Absolutely amazing holiday and I can't thank yousef enough for being amazing with our family by the pool . There are so many amazing people who work so hard here . Abdullah in the English restaurant was an incredible man as well. The staff here make the hotel . The entertainment in the hotel is great, they are all amazing with the kids . Walid in the lobby bar is an incredible funny man who really attended mine and my sons every need. Thank you so much to everyone for making my holiday one to remember ❤️

My family and I arrived on the 31st of October for 10nights. We were amazed at how welcoming the staff are and how they made us feel comfortable. While the rooms are dated and could do with lots of work, they were liveable and the beds were super comfy. Evening entertainment was quite repetitive but we expected that for the time of the year and once we were in our room the noise level was non existent. Lagoon resort isn’t walking distance to amenities but within a 10min taxi ride away and well worth the visit. The hotel has a small onsite shop, many pools and restaurants and seating areas if you just wanted to chill. The atmosphere is great and so relaxing, the grounds were cleaned daily and looked fantastic. Our visit was made extra special by a few members of staff but I have to give a massive shout out to FATHY, ABDUL and MOSTAFA, you guys really made our holiday and we are so grateful. We had such a fab holiday, great value for money. Loads to do and see outside of the hotel too especially SOHO SQ and NAAMA BAY. If we ever return to Egypt we will come back to parrotel lagoon 100%. Don’t be put off by bad reviews.

Best hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff and entertainment are so friendly especially Mario and very helpful. Water park on sight is amazing and the beach. Waiter Mohamed is so friendly and helpful every time the beach is a short bus ride included in your stay. Absolutely amazing

Just back from a fabulous holiday at the parrotel lagoon Check in was easy and our deluxe room was perfect Lucy guest relations is lovely and very helpful even making sure we had a cake delivered to our room and a reservation at the Italian restaurant with a table covered with flowers another cake and singing waiters for our 30th anniversary Abdullah restaurant manager premium lagoon restaurant always welcomed with a smile giving excellent customer service to everyone in a charming way Ibrahim in the executive lounge makes the best drinks and all delivered with a cheeky grin And finally our thanks to saeed whose smile certainly brightens up the whole of Egypt Working hard every day but still taking time to ensure you were having a good time

Just back from a lovely weeks stay here. The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The room was perfect and although I didn’t get his name, the guy doing our rooms would make up beautiful towel features and with flowers, and the food I had was all lovely especially the omelettes they make for you every morning. The rum cocktails were delicious too 😊 at the pool bar Eslan would happily fill mine and my mums large cups we took with us saving a few trips and always a lovely friendly smile 😁 there is a lovely guy who goes around and will take your order if you preferred to stay where you were though and also Ali in the bar in main restaurant was lovely and friendly too and helped me and my mum get milk for our room. Also lifeguard Achmed and another whose name I didn’t get would go above and beyond saving our loungers and getting the towels and when my mum fell by the pool they were as quick as a flash to help and do first aid on her knee. I can’t big the staff up enough 😊 the weather was beautiful too at 30 degrees all week. Can’t fault anything about hotel and staff 😁 absolutely loved the place 😁

We've been to Egypt a few times and decided to try parrotel lagoon resort following a great all inclusive deal for a family of 6, which was for 2 weeks. The staff on our first day/night were very welcoming and this followed throughout our whole stay. Our poolside barmen Yousef had our drinks flowing on the daily, top man, very friendly and easy to get on with. The life gaurds, bar staff, kitchen staff were also very friendly and couldnt do enough for us, thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We came here for the sun and to chill but did manage to.get into SOHO SQUARE where we had a lovely meal at the English Bar 'The Queen Vic' also did the ice bar which i wanted to do in London which was an experience. There is alot to do if you want to venture out, we've been here only last year twice so wed done most of it anyway. The only thing that ruined it slightly is the mozi's, but theyre mainly in the lobby so avoided sitting in there to much. Until next time Egypt 🇪🇬

Stayed at this hotel, wasn’t sure to start but as time went on could not fault. Good value for money Rooms basic need good update. However staff override this, all staff above and beyond. Pool barman Yousef top man and made out stay 5*, friendly and pleasure to speak with.

Yousef is absolutely amazing. Always happy to help and amazing customer service. Never had to go to the bar. Want to take him back home with us
